Wyatt Gassiot

Since earning his real estate license in 2020, Wyatt has built his career from various perspectives, holding licenses across multiple states and gaining years of experience as both an agent and a transaction coordinator. After spending two years as a REALTOR® with HomeFound, he moved to Denver, Colorado, where he continued his work in real estate while staying connected to HomeFound and the clients and relationships he built in Boise. Now, Wyatt is excited to rejoin the HomeFound family as the team’s in-house Transaction Coordinator, bringing a unique perspective to the role through his firsthand experience as an agent and a deep understanding of the details that keep a transaction moving behind the scenes.

Known for his thoughtful, communication-forward, organized, and relationship-centric approach, Wyatt is passionate about creating a seamless experience for both clients and the agents who serve them. His experience on the front lines of real estate allows him to understand not just what needs to happen and when, but why it matters to the people at the center of every transaction.
